Welcome to my second grade web page!  I am so excited to be your child's second grade teacher!  I look forward to establishing a partnership with you as we learn and grow together this year.

Let me tell you alittle about myself.  I have been teaching for 4 years.  I graduated from UNCW (GO Seahawks!) and have lived in Wilmington for 9 years.  I have taught kindergarten for the last 4 years and this will be my first year in second.  I look forward to working with the "big" kids and having some new experiences.  I also love to spend time reading, playing on the beach, and hanging out with my friends and family.  I also have an adorable chihuahua/yorkie mix that is my baby named Bella!  I'm sure your child will bring home lots of stories about her this year.
