Daily physicial activity is crucial in promoting good health. There are several important
things that can assist your child is having a successful day in Physical Education:

- Make sure your child has eaten a well balanced breakfast(encourage them
also to eat their lunch as well) and encourage them to take advantage of
water breaks throughout the day to stay hydrated
-Make sure your child brings their dress out clothing for the day
-Children are allowed 2 parent notes per 9 weeks excusing them from PE.
-If your child sees a physician for illness or injury and they
recommend that they not participate in PE. Please ask the physician to write
a note excusing them from PE and for how long they will need to be excused.
A doctor would also need to write a note for any PE limitations(ex: may walk
but not run, no contact sports etc.)
