Andrea Nicolle Anderson Krzyzewski is a Gifted Education Specialist at
M.C.S. Noble Middle, New Hanover County, Wilmington, NC.
She was a Special Education teacher in upstate New York prior to moving to
Wilmington in December 1994.  Her teaching positions at Noble have
included being a Learning Disabilities Resource Teacher, 8th grade
Language Arts/Social Studies and her current position.  While at Noble,
she completed her Masters of Education-Reading/Language Arts at
Binghamton University, Vestal, NY and in 1999, was the first middle school
teacher in New Hanover County to obtain National Board
Certification(EA/ELA).  She's been named Noble's Teacher of the Year
twice and won New Hanover County's 2004-2005 Middle School Teacher of
the Year.  Andrea has been actively supporting candidates pursuing
National Board Certification since becoming ceritified herself.  Ten
colleagues at Noble have successfully become NBC Teachers with her
support.  She has also participated in New Hanover County and UNCW's
support programs.  Andrea and Mark have guardianship of fraternal
twin girls who were four in December 2009.
