I attended Columbia College and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and in Library Science. My Masters in Library Science is from Florida State University.  

After holding a variety of professional positions in elementary, public and university libraries I came to NHHS in 2005. Along with my duties as media specialist I also teach four sections of Media/Library Skills each semester.

My three children are graduates of NHHS. I have been active in the NHHS PTA since 1998, and this year I am Membership Chair. Currently I am serving on the NHHS School Improvement Team, Graduation Project Faculty Advisory Board, and Co-chair of the Media and Technology Advisory Committee.
