Please contact me:

-If you have a student with a chronic medical condition (diabetes, ashtma, seizures, or life threatening allergy)

-If you have a student who needs to take medication at school-students should not carry any medications(this includes over the counter medications) at school except for students with a doctor's order for emergency medication.  

-If you have a student who has missed an extended amount of school due to illness

-If your student has recently been admitted or discharged from the hospital

-If your student has an injury that will require assistance at school 

Please make sure that your student eats breakfast every day and encourage them not to skip meals!!
