Frequently Asked Questions: This page contains answers to common questions of students and parents.
Kindergarten students may check out one book at a time. Students in the 
first grade may check out two books at a time. Students in second grade may 
check out three books at a time. Students in grades three through five may 
check out five books at a time.

Are students allowed to check out books if they owe a fine?

No! Students must pay fines for damaged or lost books before they can check 
out any more books.

Are parents allowed to check out materials?

Yes! We will assign parents a library number. Parents who wish to check out 
materials should talk to Ms. Kadala or Ms. Murrill about getting a library 
number. Parents may check out five books at a time. They are checked out for 
one week, but can be renewed. Parents may also check out audio-visual 
materials (CDs, DVDs, Videos, etc.) for the weekend or holdiday periods. 
They must be checked out Friday afternoon and returned Monday morning (or 
just before and after a holiday).
