Broadcasting
We are very fortunate to have broadcasting capabilities at Anderson Elementary School.
We are able to do a live broadcast through a filtered television system.  Our broadcasts may be
viewed from within the school building on WAES channel 16.  Our Media Production room is located in
room 202, between the Computer Lab and the Media Center.  This is where the magic happens!
(All Broadcast Schedules and Documents are in the below)

The Crew

Our Broadcasting Program consists of a production team of 4th and 5th grade students, and is led by our
team of dedicated adults.  The students rotate on a 2 week cycle by class.  The jobs for the team include
Switcher Operator, Telepromter, Camera Operator, Pledge Coordinator, and Two Anchors.
Students operate the cameras, control the switcher and anchor the news desk.
