Laney > Sarah Richard

My name is Sarah Richard and I am a chemistry teacher at Laney High School. I have been a member of the Laney staff since October of 1993. I received my BA degree in chemistry from UNC-Wilmington in 1993.

I was born and raised in Wrightsville Beach and graduated from New Hanover High School in 1988. My husband is Eddie Richard, who is an electrical trades teacher at Laney. We have a son named Lawrence and he is 7 years old. We also have 3 dogs: Ginger, a golden retriever, and Max and Bella are Shih Tzus.

I enjoy playing golf and tennis with my family and taking my dogs on long walks!

I look forward to teaching your child this semester. I hope it is a fun and exciting experience. I know with hard work and dedication everyone will succeed.
