Laney > Peggy Price

I have been teaching at Laney for twenty-five years and have taught grades
nine through twelve.  I did my undergraduate studies at Campbell University and completed my graduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  I have received National Board Certification and am currently serving as chairperson for the English department. As a partnership teacher with the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, I will be working with a student intern during the semester.

I sincerely want each child to be successful, and I make it my personal
mission to provide a safe, orderly classroom environment which is conducive
to learning.  While Thursday afternoons are my official tutoring days, I am
available before and after school on most days.
