Welcome to 8th grade - it is different.

1.  Pencils only in all classes to allow for revision, refinement and repair of work product.

2. Planning in a "planner" is the only way to stay organized and know key dates.

3.  Homework is often in the form of daily practice in the evening.  You, the student, taking your written journal from the classroom home and studying it for mastery of concept and clarification if needed the next day from teachers.
